About delivery (for Japan)

· In our shop, all products are shipped from France, and after payment is confirmed, we will arrange shipping from the French branch to arrange for shipping products (excluding French holidays).

After shipping the product, we will send you an email from Yamato Transport. Specify delivery date and time from the Yamato Transport URL described in the email.

In the event of delivery, we will store your luggage at the nearest direct store (Delivery Service Center), but from the first absence notice voting date[7 days] (including the day of posting)If it exceeds, we will cancel the order cancellation. In that case, it is from the refund amount as a cancellation fee【1,500 yen】I will subtract it.

· Although the number of days for normal delivery is as described above, depending on your order content, the customs procedure necessary for importing products from overseas may take time. At that time, it may be more than 2 to 3 operating dates than the delivery days we are informed. 

※ All tariffs for customary procedures are paid in our shop, but rarely, customers may be charged from the delivery company when you receive the product. In that case, please contact us from the message service or Contact page of our shop. We will refund the amount that you have paid when receiving the product. There is a description of "amount of money to pay time when delivered" to the information mail sent from Yamato International Takkyubin, but basically "0 yen".

-When the shipping arrangement is complete, we will send you an email that describes the tracking number. Please track luggage than that.

· The duty will be borne by the customer. Therefore, please contact your local customs at your own customs.
