We have produced a collaborative plate between a popular international artist and Hasami ware!
So are we is now starting a project to create original products in collaboration with popular international artists and Hasami ware.
Combining the particularly popular categories of "plates" and "art" at so are we, we will create art plates with pop designs that are not often seen in Japan, made with Hasami ware, which is renowned worldwide.
A total of 10 artists from France, Portugal, Spain, Morocco and the United States will participate.
For the first part of the project, we will be producing five items in total: plates in collaboration with three French artists and two American artists, as well as a set of five mini plates.
To kick off this collaborative project, we will begin posting on the purchase-based crowdfunding service CAMPFIRE from 10:00am on Friday, February 9th .
Additionally, as previously announced, the collaboration plates will also be on display at the pop-up events to be held in two locations in Tokyo in February, allowing visitors to see and touch the products for themselves.
I would be very grateful if you could support me.
