helen b is short for Helen Blanchaert, an illustrator from Belgium, a cheerful woman in her 40s with artistic talent. Helen illustrates her own view of the world to make everyday life more enjoyable, and creates various products with "honesty, transparency, and joy". Her works are characterized by unique hand-drawn illustrations and quotes. The helen b collection is handmade as much as possible with the utmost respect for people and nature, and Helen herself is closely involved in all production processes. The majority of the collection is produced in local workshops in Belgium, contributing to the local social economy.
